Administratorem Twoich danych osobowych jest operator serwisu Heritagers (aplikacja mobilna i strona heritagers.pl). Kontakt w sprawach ochrony danych: genistree@gmail.com.
Jakie dane przetwarzamy
Konto: adres e-mail, hasło (w postaci nieodwracalnego skrótu), ewentualnie identyfikator logowania Google, nick, bio i zdjęcie profilowe.
Treści, które dodajesz: zdjęcia, lokalizacja (współrzędne), adres, opisy, dane osób umieszczone w rekordach genealogicznych, tagi, linki i sygnatury.
Funkcje społecznościowe: członkostwo w gildiach, zaproszenia, prośby o indeksację.
Dane techniczne: język i motyw zapisane na urządzeniu, dzienniki serwera (np. adres IP, czas żądania) w zakresie niezbędnym do bezpieczeństwa usługi.
Aplikacja mobilna może — tylko gdy z niej korzystasz — użyć aparatu, galerii, lokalizacji GPS i powiadomień. Te uprawnienia nie są wymagane do przeglądania publicznych rekordów.
Cele i podstawy prawne (RODO)
Świadczenie usługi konta i zapisywanie Twoich treści — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO (umowa).
Logowanie Google — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a (zgoda) oraz lit. b (wykonanie umowy, jeśli wybierzesz tę metodę).
Lokalizacja, aparat i powiadomienia — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a (zgoda wyrażona uprawnieniami systemu) oraz lit. b, gdy dodajesz rekord z geolokalizacją.
Bezpieczeństwo, przeciwdziałanie nadużyciom, utrzymanie publicznych rekordów dziedzictwa po usunięciu konta — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f (prawnie uzasadniony interes: ochrona usługi i zachowanie dokumentacji dziedzictwa kulturowego).
Obowiązki prawne, jeśli powstaną (np. żądanie uprawnionego organu) — art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c.
Odbiorcy danych
Dane są przetwarzane na serwerach usługi (API api.genistree.pl). Logowanie Google oznacza przekazanie identyfikatora konta Google do naszego dostawcy uwierzytelniania.
Mapy korzystają z OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — przy wyszukiwaniu adresu lub wyświetlaniu mapy mogą być przetwarzane współrzędne lub fraza wyszukiwania przez operatorów tych usług.
Na stronie WWW czcionki Raleway i Tenor Sans oraz ikony Material Symbols są ładowane z Google Fonts. Aplikacja mobilna pobiera z Google Fonts kroje Raleway, Tenor Sans, Cinzel, Cinzel Decorative i Yeseva One. W obu przypadkach urządzenie łączy się z serwerami Google, żeby pobrać pliki czcionek. Nie przekazujemy przy tym danych konta.
Pozycja „Heritagers Telegram” w menu otwiera grupę na Telegramie. Nie przekazujemy Telegramowi danych konta ani treści z aplikacji. Połączenie z serwerami Telegrama następuje dopiero wtedy, gdy sam wybierzesz ten link.
Nie sprzedajemy danych i nie używamy ich do reklam behawioralnych.
Okres przechowywania
Dane konta trzymamy do czasu usunięcia konta lub skutecznego żądania usunięcia.
Opublikowane rekordy dziedzictwa (zdjęcia i opisy miejsc) mogą pozostać w serwisie po usunięciu konta, bez powiązania z Twoją tożsamością — w oparciu o uzasadniony interes zachowania dokumentacji dziedzictwa.
Prośby o usunięcie konta przechowujemy do realizacji (zwykle do 30 dni) i przez okres potrzebny do wykazania, że żądanie obsłużono.
Kopie zapasowe serwera mogą zawierać dane przez ograniczony czas cyklu kopii.
Twoje prawa
Masz prawo dostępu do danych, sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych oraz sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania opartego na art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f.
Możesz wycofać zgodę (np. wyłączyć lokalizację w systemie) — nie wpływa to na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania sprzed wycofania.
Możesz złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).
Wniosek: genistree@gmail.com albo formularz usuwania konta na heritagers.pl/delete-account.
Usunięcie konta i danych
W aplikacji i na stronie możesz usunąć konto od razu (gdy jesteś zalogowany) albo wysłać prośbę bez logowania (wymóg sklepu Google Play). Prośby realizujemy w ciągu 30 dni po weryfikacji, że pochodzą od właściciela konta.
Usuwamy: konto, profil, avatar, członkostwo w gildiach i Twoje prośby o indeksację. Gildie, w których zostają inni użytkownicy, pozostaną. Gildię usuwamy tylko wtedy, gdy nie ma w niej innych osób.
Rekordy dziedzictwa zostają w serwisie bez powiązania z kontem.
Pliki cookie i pamięć lokalna
Nie stosujemy reklamowych ani analitycznych plików cookie.
Sesja logowania na stronie jest przechowywana lokalnie w przeglądarce (localStorage) — jest niezbędna do działania konta.
Motyw i język zapisujemy na urządzeniu. Nie wymagają one zgody, bo są niezbędne albo służą wyłącznie zapamiętaniu Twojego wyboru.
Dzieci
Usługa nie jest przeznaczona dla osób poniżej 16. roku życia. Jeśli jesteś rodzicem i uważasz, że dziecko założyło konto, napisz na genistree@gmail.com.
Zmiany polityki
Aktualna wersja jest zawsze w tym pliku: heritagers.pl/legal.html. O istotnych zmianach poinformujemy w serwisie.
Privacy policy
Controller
The controller of your personal data is the operator of Heritagers (the mobile app and heritagers.pl). Privacy contact: genistree@gmail.com.
Data we process
Account: email address, password (stored as a one-way hash), optional Google sign-in identifier, nickname, bio and profile photo.
Content you add: photos, location (coordinates), address, descriptions, personal details entered in genealogical records, tags, links and signatures.
Community features: guild membership, invitations, indexation requests.
Technical data: language and theme stored on the device, server logs (such as IP address and request time) as needed to keep the service secure.
The mobile app may use the camera, photo library, GPS and notifications only when you use those features. They are not required to browse public records.
Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
Providing your account and storing content you submit — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract).
Google sign-in — Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and (b) if you choose that method.
Location, camera and notifications — Article 6(1)(a) (system permission) and (b) when you add a geotagged record.
Security, abuse prevention, and keeping public heritage records after account deletion — Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest: protecting the service and documenting cultural heritage).
Legal obligations if they arise — Article 6(1)(c).
Recipients
Data is processed on our service servers (API api.genistree.pl). Google sign-in shares a Google account identifier with our authentication provider.
Maps use OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — searching for an address or showing a map may send coordinates or a search phrase to those operators.
The website loads the Raleway and Tenor Sans typefaces and Material Symbols icons from Google Fonts. The mobile app downloads Raleway, Tenor Sans, Cinzel, Cinzel Decorative and Yeseva One from Google Fonts. In both cases the device connects to Google servers to fetch the font files. Account data is not sent with those requests.
The “Heritagers Telegram” item in the menu opens a Telegram group. We do not send your account data or app content to Telegram. A connection to Telegram’s servers happens only when you choose that link.
We do not sell personal data or use it for behavioural advertising.
Retention
Account data is kept until you delete the account or we complete a valid erasure request.
Published heritage records (photos and place descriptions) may remain in the service after account deletion, unlinked from your identity, based on our legitimate interest in preserving heritage documentation.
Account-deletion requests are kept until we complete them (usually within 30 days) and for as long as needed to show that the request was handled.
Server backups may retain data for a limited backup cycle.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f).
You may withdraw consent (for example by turning off location in system settings). Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.
You may lodge a complaint with your EU supervisory authority (in Poland: uodo.gov.pl).

Deleting your account and data
In the app and on the website you can delete your account immediately when signed in, or submit a request without signing in (Google Play requirement). We complete requests within 30 days after verifying they come from the account owner.
We delete: the account, profile, avatar, guild memberships and your indexation requests. Guilds that still have other members stay. A guild is removed only if nobody else remains in it.
Heritage records stay in the service, unlinked from your account.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
The website stores your login session in the browser (localStorage). It is necessary for the account to work.
Theme and language are stored on the device. They are strictly necessary or limited to storing a choice you made, so they do not require a cookie banner.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 16. If you are a parent and believe a child created an account, email genistree@gmail.com.
Changes
The current version is always this file: heritagers.pl/legal.html. We will announce material changes in the service.

Usługa
Heritagers to przeglądarka i baza rekordów dziedzictwa (m.in. cmentarze, kapliczki, dokumenty). Możesz przeglądać treści bez konta. Konto jest potrzebne, aby dodawać i edytować własne rekordy, gildie i prośby o indeksację.
Konto
Odpowiadasz za poufność hasła i za treści, które publikujesz. Podajesz prawdziwy e-mail, do którego masz dostęp. Możesz usunąć konto w każdej chwili w aplikacji, na stronie lub przez heritagers.pl/delete-account.
Treści
Dodając zdjęcia i opisy, oświadczasz, że masz do tego prawo (np. jesteś autorem albo treść jest dozwolona). Udzielasz nam niewyłącznej licencji na przechowywanie i publiczne wyświetlanie tych materiałów w serwisie, także po usunięciu konta, jeśli rekord dziedzictwa pozostaje w bazie. Nie publikuj bezprawnych, zniesławiających ani spamowych treści. Możemy usunąć treści naruszające prawo lub regulamin.
Dane osób trzecich
Rekordy genealogiczne mogą zawierać dane osób zmarłych lub historycznych. Nie umieszczaj zbędnych danych osób żyjących bez podstawy. Szanuj prywatność rodzin.
Odpowiedzialność
Serwis udostępniamy w stanie, w jakim jest. Nie gwarantujemy kompletności ani nieprzerwanej dostępności. W granicach prawa nie odpowiadamy za szkody wynikłe z korzystania z treści dodanych przez użytkowników.

Terms of service
The service
Heritagers is a browser and database of heritage records (including cemeteries, shrines and documents). You can browse without an account. An account is required to add and edit your own records, guilds and indexation requests.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the content you publish. Use an email address you control. You may delete your account at any time in the app, on the website, or via heritagers.pl/delete-account.
Content
By uploading photos and descriptions you confirm you have the right to do so (for example you are the author or the material is otherwise allowed). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display that material in the service, including after account deletion if the heritage record remains. Do not post unlawful, defamatory or spam content. We may remove content that breaks the law or these terms.
Third-party data
Genealogical records may include data about deceased or historical persons. Do not add unnecessary data about living people without a basis. Respect families’ privacy.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee completeness or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage arising from user-submitted content.
